Andrew Hilger recently completed a 25-year career with Allegis Group, his last six years serving as the president of the $15 billion global staffing and services company. He worked across multiple brands, industries, and continents to ensure the company realized its growth goals and fulfilled its mission of creating opportunity. In his time at Allegis Group, he recognized that, as a leader, he had a sacred responsibility to ensure people were given every opportunity to achieve more than even they thought possible. While known for his market insights and understanding of disruption, Hilger’s hallmark has always been a clear set of values centered around belonging, curiosity, kindness, and achievement.

He currently serves as a guest lecturer at Duke University, writes a regular LinkedIn blog on leadership, and remains a strategic advisor to the Allegis Group team. Hilger speaks on a range of topics, including digital transformation, the future of work, leadership, culture, AI, change management, analytics, and the role businesses should play in reshaping our world. His leadership blog and associated newsletter have reached two million people and generated 25,000 likes, comments, and reposts.

Prior to serving as Allegis Group president, Hilger was the CIO, VP of Strategy, and held a range of leadership positions across the company. He has integrated acquisitions, worked with teams in London, India, Australia, and Hong Kong, and has cultivated friendships and a following across the globe.

Known for his versatility and strong work ethic, Hilger spearheaded Allegis Group’s digital transformation strategy, leveraging partnerships, leading-edge technology, data and analytics to create unparalleled experiences for customers. Hilger has a passion for driving innovative cultures that create opportunity for team members and customers. He also knows how to help people move through the pit of despair, embrace change and thrive in the face of disruption.

He holds a master’s degree in Creative Writing from Temple University and a bachelor’s in English and Philosophy from the University of Notre Dame. Upon graduation from Notre Dame, Hilger spent a year as a full-time volunteer for the Northeast Ohio Boys Hope house after which he worked as a Residential Counselor for an additional year. He currently serves on the board of Boys Hope Girls Hope of Baltimore.

He is the father of twin daughters, Jane and Sophia, and a son, Henry. He resides in Ellicott City, MD with his wife Jennifer and their dog, Leo.
