Harry Cohen received his bachelors degree in Psychology from Cornell in 1978 and his Ph.D in psychology from the University of Michigan in 1988. After a decade in private practice, Harry ran a 4 day leadership conference for automotive executives for over 4000 Dealership management teams. Dr. Cohen’s expertise is to help leaders at all levels in organizations focus on their unique strengths to improve performance. His Tedx talk on Heliotropic Leadership captures the essence of his coaching philosophy. For the last 15 years Harry is also the owner of successful restaurant in Ann Arbor, MI (The Black Pearl ) which allows him an opportunity to practice the principles he teaches. His first book Secrets of the Obvious is available on Amazon. His second book, Be the Sun, Not the Salt is also available on Amazon. He is currently hosting a podcast, Be the Sun, Not the Salt.
