Peter Rahbar

Peter Rahbar is an employment attorney, workplace issues expert and founder of The Rahbar Group. With over two decades of experience advocating for both individuals and companies, Rahbar has extensive insights on timely workplace issues including return to work issues, job offer negotiations, non-compete and non-disclosure agreements, harassment, discrimination and toxic workplaces. Prior to founding his own firm, which focuses on the representation of executives and individuals, Rahbar represented major international corporate clients in high profile matters and spent more than a decade as the chief employment attorney for a major global media company. Rahbar promotes practical guidance and information useful at all stages of employment, in addition to tirelessly advocating for equality in the workplace while offering actionable advice for both employees and employers in today’s ever-changing career landscape. He received his undergraduate degree from Duke University and his law degree from Georgetown University Law Center.
